No fineprint.Everything important is highlighted.
These Terms explain how Daily Why works and what we each agree to. Wherever you see highlighted text, that's a key term you should actually read.

1) Acceptance & eligibility
By using Daily Why, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
- You must be legally able to form a contract in your country/state.
- If you're using Daily Why on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
- These Terms apply to the mobile app (Expo React Native) and website.
2) Accounts & security
You're responsible for your account and device security.
- You may sign in using email/password and/or Google login.
- Don't share your password. If you suspect compromise, contact contact@rahulbharati.dev.
- You're responsible for activity under your account unless it was caused by our security failure.
3) How you may use Daily Why
Daily Why is for reflection, not exploitation.
- You agree not to use the app to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm others.
- You agree not to upload content that is illegal or violates someone's rights.
- You agree not to attempt to break, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the service (including rate limits).
5) Privacy & data handling
We handle your data to provide the product — not to sell you.
- Your account and app data are stored and processed via Supabase (backend + database).
- Website delivery may use Vercel (frontend hosting) and Cloudflare (DNS + caching).
- Emails (verification, invites, support) may be sent using Resend.
- For full details, read the Privacy Policy.
6) Third-party services
Daily Why relies on trusted infrastructure partners.
- These partners may process limited data to deliver the service (hosting, authentication, email delivery, caching).
- We don't control their systems, but we choose reputable providers and minimize what's shared.
- Your use of Google login is also subject to Google's terms.
7) Payments & support
The core app is intended to be free. Support is optional.
- If you purchase any in-app items/subscriptions, payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, and their billing/refund rules apply.
- If you choose to support on the web, payments may be processed via Razorpay.
- Support does not guarantee feature delivery or response times, but it helps keep the app running and improving.
8) Disclaimers & limits
Daily Why is a tool — not a substitute for professional help.
- Daily Why is not medical or mental health advice. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a professional.
- We provide the service on an "as is" basis and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if anything) in the last 12 months.
9) Termination
You can stop using Daily Why anytime. We may restrict access if the service is abused.
- You may delete your account (where available) or request help via contact@rahulbharati.dev.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially for abuse, fraud, or harassment.
- Some obligations (like legal and safety clauses) survive termination.
